Staff Visit Dallas for Early Childhood Conference
A handful of INPEACE staff went to Texas for the largest early chilhood conference in the world.
 INPEACE's Kulia I Ka Pono program
sent a handful of staff to the 2008 National Association for Young Children's Conference in Dallas, Texas this year.
Workshops included leadership, management and administration, and program
administration/management with an emphasis on early childhood education.
INPEACE was also invited to participate in the TIECN (Tribal and Indigenous
Early Childhood Network) where they shared critical issues facing Native
Hawaiian families and children in rural areas that INPEACE serves. It was a
great success and the staff came back recharged!
