INPEACE is deeply concerned about the early care and education of Native Hawaiian children. We are recognized statewide as one of the leading organizations in Native Hawaiian early education programs. Established in 1994 by three founders who collectively had decades of work with Kamehameha Schools, INPEACE’s mission is to improve the quality of life for Native Hawaiians through community partnerships that provide educational opportunities and promote self-sufficiency. The three founders dedicated their lifes work to continue perpetuating community building and systems change through Native Hawaiian education. Services within communities have grown exponentially over the past 13 years because of the work INPEACE has been able to accomplish. 86% of the INPEACE Board of Directors is Native Hawaiian.
