- Variety of unique culturally based programs
- Ensure services in early care and education for all Hawaiians
- Curriculum is customized to each age group, while ensuring alignment with the Hawai‘i State Preschool Content Standards
Free Programs offered through INPEACE- Keiki Steps - Family-Child interaction program available to families with children ages 0-5
- Keiki Steps to Kindergarten - 3 week transition program offered in the summer to children entering kindergarten
- SPARK (Supporting Parents to Assure Ready Kids) - Incorporating culturally appropriate practices, providing seamless transition for children entering kindergarten
- Ka Lama Education Academy - Provides counseling and support services to those interested in obtaining an Associates Degree through Leeward Community College and/or Bachelors Degree in Education
Program Focus- Professional Development - Child Development Associates (CDA), Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree in Education, quality enhancements through SPARK for elementary schools to implement culturally appropriate teaching methods
- Preschool accreditation and standards implementation
- Parent Education - through workshops, activities and materials
Through its free direct service programs, Keiki Steps, SPARK, Keiki Steps to Kindergarten and Ka Lama Education Academy, INPEACE offers families important education options.
